Columbia approached us to create a series of spots featuring their suite of Omni-Heat technologies. The creative vision for these animations included not only weaving threads, fabrics, and reflective materials but also a “fly-through” that featured the inside of the garment to visualize how the technology reflects your body heat to keep you warm.
We built several procedural tools to achieve the more intricate animations with future-proofing in mind. This allowed us to easily adapt the systems to each new technology as the need arose.
